Assisting the Criminal AUSA and Monetary Penalties Unit by working with the investigative agent to insure that asset identification and restrain are part of the criminal investigation. Assisting the Criminal AUSA and the U.S. Probation Office by fully identifying the victims and their losses. Assisting the Criminal AUSA, who submits to the Court of Government’s Position on Sentencing, in articulating what needs to be included in the Restitution Judgment to make it enforceable. Assisting the Criminal AUSA to monitor and track the period of supervision of a Restitution Judgment. Assisting the District Court Clerk’s Office and the US Attorney’s Office, Monetary Penalties Unit, by monitoring restitution payments and reporting if those payments are actually made to the victims.

Key functions include assessing, planning, and evaluating patient care as stated in basic skills checklist, policies/procedures, standards of care, and clinical competencies based on scope of practice in SART facility.Current CA RN license, BLS certification as well as successful completion of 40 hours of didactic and 40 hours clinical training based in California Office of Criminal Justice Planning Department (OCJP) Training Curriculum are required; 2-3 years experience preferred.
